Question 1

How does One Stop Social work?

Accepted Answer

One Stop Social works in 3 simple steps: 1. Add the Facebook groups you want to monitor. 2. Define your keywords and AI criteria. 3. Let the extension run in the background to scan posts, score them, and alert you when a lead is found.

Question 2

Can I monitor private Facebook groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As long as you are a member of the group, One Stop Social can monitor it. You do not need admin access to the group. It works perfectly with both public and private communities.

Question 3

Do I need to keep the extension open?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to keep the extension window open, but scanning only runs while your computer is on and awake, Chrome is open, and you're signed in to Facebook. Leave those running and it keeps checking your groups on schedule, overnight included. If your computer sleeps or shuts down, or Chrome is closed, scanning pauses until Chrome is running again.

Question 4

How do I receive alerts?

Accepted Answer

You have total control over alerts. You can view matched leads directly in the extension feed, get browser notifications, or use Webhooks to send leads directly to Slack, your CRM, Google Sheets, or Email.

Question 5

How is One Stop Social different from Facebook Ads?

Accepted Answer

Facebook Ads cannot reach inside Private Groups, which is where the most high-intent conversations happen. One Stop Social allows you to reach these highly curated audiences organically without paying for ad spend.

Question 6

How is the 'AI Lead Matching' different from keywords?

Accepted Answer

Keywords often bring up noise. Our AI Lead Matching analyzes the context and intent of the post. You can filter for specific budgets, urgency levels, or roles (e.g., 'Homeowners ready to buy'). It scores leads so you only see high-quality prospects.

Question 7

Can I use this to monitor my brand reputation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can set the AI to watch for your brand name combined with negative sentiment. This allows you to instantly jump into conversations to resolve complaints or correct misinformation before it spreads.

Question 8

What integrations do you support via Webhooks?

Accepted Answer

Our webhook support allows you to connect with virtually any platform. You can instantly pipe leads into HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, and more without manual data entry.

Question 9

How often does the system scan for leads?

Accepted Answer

One Stop Social scans your selected groups automatically in the background on a recurring schedule, so you never have to check them manually. When a scan finds a keyword match, you get an alert.

Question 10

Is there a limit on keywords?

Accepted Answer

No! The Premium plan offers Unlimited Keywords & AI Criteria. You can create as many variations as you need to find your ideal customer.

Question 11

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. One Stop Social is privacy-first. We do not store, collect, or transmit your private Facebook data to our servers. All scanning, AI processing, and webhook deliveries happen locally on your machine or via your secure endpoints.

Question 12

Does this violate Facebook policies?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not support or enable scraping, fake engagement, or automated spamming. The extension acts as a productivity tool that reads the page locally, just like a human would, ensuring your account remains safe.

Question 13

Do I need to install anything on my computer?

Accepted Answer

Just the Chrome Extension! There is no heavy software to download. Everything runs directly within your browser, making it lightweight and secure.

Question 14

How often is the app updated?

Accepted Answer

We push updates weekly to ensure compatibility with Facebook's interface changes. Because this is a Chrome Extension, these updates usually happen automatically in the background.

Question 15

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can start immediately with our Free Trial, which allows you to monitor up to 5 groups with basic functionality. No credit card required to start.

Question 16

How much time will this actually save me?

Accepted Answer

Manually checking 25 groups for leads usually takes 2-3 hours per day (over 60 hours a month). One Stop Social does this 24/7 automatically. For the price of a lunch, you are essentially hiring a full-time prospecting assistant.

Question 17

What does the Premium Plan include?

Accepted Answer

The Premium Plan unlocks the full power of the tool: Monitor up to 25 Groups, access unlimited AI scanning/criteria, enable Webhook integrations, and customize your scan frequency.

Question 18

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
