Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Welcome to OneStopSocial. OneStopSocial is an independent project. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of OneStopSocial ("OneStopSocial", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the OneStopSocial Chrome extension, the website at onestopsocial.com, your account and dashboard, and the notifications and integrations we provide (together, the "Service").

By installing the extension, creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business or team, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

1. What the Service Does

  • OneStopSocial is a Chrome extension that watches the Facebook Groups you choose and surfaces posts that match your keywords and AI search criteria, so you don't have to check each group by hand.
  • It works through your own logged-in Facebook session in your browser. It can monitor any group you are a member of, public or private. Group admin access is not required, and the Service only sees what your account can already see.
  • Groups are scanned automatically on a recurring schedule while Chrome is running. Scans can't run while your computer is off, Chrome is closed, or you're logged out of Facebook.
  • Matching posts can be sent to you by email, browser notification, or webhook, depending on your plan and settings.
  • We don't guarantee that every relevant post will be found, or when it will be found. How much the Service catches depends on your settings, the scan schedule, your browser and connection, and how Facebook displays content.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Each account is for one person. Don't share your account or login codes.
  • Keep your account information, including your email address, accurate and up to date.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact info@onestopsocial.com right away.
  • Your account is associated with the Facebook account you use with the extension. We use that association to connect your subscription to your account, including when you pay with a different email address. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Free Trial

  • New users can try OneStopSocial free for 7 days, monitoring up to 5 Facebook Groups. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • One free trial per person. Creating extra accounts to get additional trials isn't allowed.
  • Some features may be limited during the trial. To keep using Premium features after the trial, you'll need a paid subscription.

4. Premium Subscription & Billing

  • Premium lets you monitor up to 25 Facebook Groups and includes unlimited keywords and AI search, plus email and webhook notifications. The current features and plan limits are listed on our pricing page.
  • Premium is available with monthly or annual billing. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and the price at checkout is the one that applies.
  • Payments are handled by our billing partner, Freemius. Freemius may appear on your card statement and may add sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes where required. Freemius's own terms also apply to your payment.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • If we change our prices, we'll give you notice before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

5. Discounts & Promotions

  • From time to time we may offer discount codes or promotional pricing, including through our partners and affiliates.
  • A discount applies only to the plan, billing period, and dates stated with the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, it applies to your first billing period only, and your subscription renews at the regular price after that.
  • Offers can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, are limited to one per customer, and may end or change at any time before they are redeemed.
  • A discount only applies if it's accepted at checkout. The price you're charged is the price shown at checkout.

6. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
  • To cancel, go to onestopsocial.com/billing, verify your email with the one-time code we send you, and manage your subscription in the customer portal.
  • When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • If you have trouble cancelling, email info@onestopsocial.com and we'll help.

7. Refunds

  • If you're not happy with Premium, contact info@onestopsocial.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. Together with the 7-day free trial, that gives you two weeks to decide whether Premium is right for you.
  • After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We may still issue refunds in other cases at our discretion.

8. Your Facebook Account & Meta's Terms

  • You use the Service with your own Facebook account. You're responsible for following Meta's Terms of Service, Facebook's Community Standards, and the rules of each group you're in.
  • Meta may change Facebook, its policies, or how content is displayed at any time. Those changes may affect how the Service works. We're not responsible for actions Meta takes on your account.
  • OneStopSocial is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. AI Features

  • AI search, lead scoring, and intent labels are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Relevant posts may be missed, and irrelevant posts may be matched.
  • Review results before acting on them. Don't rely on the Service alone for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.

10. Notifications, Webhooks & Integrations

  • Email and browser notifications are a convenience. We don't guarantee that they'll be delivered or when they'll arrive; delivery can depend on the scan schedule, your email provider, and your browser settings.
  • When you connect a webhook or a third-party tool (for example Zapier, Make, Slack, or a CRM), you choose where your data goes. You're responsible for those endpoints, how they're secured, and how data is handled once it reaches them. Third-party tools are subject to their own terms.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to spam, harass, or send bulk unsolicited messages, or to break any law;
  • use the Service to automatically post, comment, react, or message on Facebook;
  • misuse information about the people whose posts you see, including by violating their privacy or applicable data protection laws;
  • share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service, or get around plan limits or trial restrictions;
  • copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with the Service or its security, or access it by automated means other than the extension itself.

How you reach out to the people whose posts you find is up to you and is your responsibility.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is part of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including the software, design, and branding, belongs to OneStopSocial and its licensors. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these Terms.
  • Your settings, such as keywords and search criteria, remain yours.
  • If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

14. Affiliate Program

If you join our affiliate program, your participation is also governed by the program terms we give you when you join. Affiliates may not misrepresent OneStopSocial, its features, or its pricing.

15. Changes to the Service

We regularly update the Service, and Chrome usually installs extension updates automatically. We may add, change, or remove features and plan limits. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll let you know in advance. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any particular number of leads or business outcomes.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStopSocial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any loss arising from actions Meta takes on your Facebook account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneStopSocial from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights or of Meta's terms.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see section 6). Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 13 and 16 to 20, will continue to apply.

20. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll also notify you by email or in the extension before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
